Time stands still for no man

So Saturday came and went, but not before I had a chance to enjoy what was instore for me.

After spending the morning salivating over the newest dive gear available, and consequently buying a few items (Dive show @ Excel), I made my way over to spend the day with Woz, Em and their lovely son, Nate, on their canal boat.

Now understand this, i can sniff out water, especially when getting lost in London, the Thames is an amazing lifeline, yet when i got to Kings Cross, i just had no idea what was concealed behind the somewhat aged builings. Its just a whole new culture, like diving, unless you immerse yourself into the water, you just never get to experience what lies beyond.

Woz gave me the tour of the marina and also took me through the community side of living on a boat docked alongside others. Its brilliant!!

Taking everything into concideration and that it only took me half an hour to forget that i was actually on the water, i have decided that i will be pursuing the purchase of a house boat for myself. More on this to follow
